Maureen has been fascinated with interior design since she was a young girl. This fascination led her to the industry - spending two years selling wholesale textiles, fabrics, wall coverings, and flooring. Maureen was then motivated to focus her career endeavors solely on flooring while obtaining extensive training and knowledge through several carpet mills and sales programs in the U.S.
During this time, she obtained 14 additional years experience working with two major retail flooring companies. Maureen also attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio to further her interior design education.
With all this knowledge and passion to help others make their dream home a reality, she decided to branch out and Artistic Surface Design was founded in October 2011.
